Kaleidostars Parfait pattern
A couple errors wer found on page 32 in my Kaleidostar book on the Parfait pattern.
Fabrics 2, 3, 4, and 5
It has * Cut eight (8) 1-1/2″ x WOF strips; subcut into eight (8) 1-1/2″ x 17-1/2″ of each color and (8) 1-1/2″ x 19-12″ of each color.
It should read:
- Cut one (1) of each color 1-1/2″ x WOF strips. Cut into two (2) each 1-1/2″ x 17-1/2″ and two (2) each 1-1/2″ x 19-1/2″ of each color.
Fabric 6
It has *Cut two (2) 1-1/2″ x 39-1/2″.
It should read: *Cut three (3) 1-1/2″ x 39-1/2″.
Kaleidostars Royal Garden Pattern
A cutting error was found on page 50 of my Kaleidostars book in the Royal Garden pattern. It should read:
Fabric 3
- Cut two (2) 4″ x WOF strips; subcut into forty (40) Template C.
- Cut two (2) 4-1/2″ x WOF strips; subcut into thirty-two (32) Template D.
Shattered pattern
Correction to cutting instructions of fabric #1 for wall size:
- Cut two 7-1/8 inch x WOF strips; sub-cut into eight (not 10) 7-1/8 inch squares; cut once diagonally into sixteen (not 20) HST.
- Cut two 16 inch x WOF strips; sub-cut into twenty (not 16) 3-3/4 inch x 16 inch rectangles.
Serene Lanterns pattern
Piecing errors were found in the following steps.
- Step 23: two 57-1/2 inch (not 55-1/2 inch).
- Step 25: Sew the 57-1/2 inch (not 55-1/2 inch).
Southern Vintage quilt pattern
The following errors were found on Page 10.
- The cutting instructions for Fabric 1 should include: cut four 2-3/4” squares.
- Step 52 should say: make four HST (not QST) units with the 3-1/8” Fabric 3 and Fabric 5 squares.S
- Step 52 should say: Make HST (not QST) with Fabric 3 and 5.
- Step 53 should say: Sew the twelve Fabric 1/8 HST units, four Fabric 3/5 HST units, four
2-3/4″ Fabric 5 squares, four 2-3/4″ Fabric 1 squares and one 2-3/4” Fabric 7 square together following the block piecing instructions.

The following cutting instructions needs to be revised on page 1.
Fabrics 3-14.
* Cut (1) 4-7/8” x WOF strip. Sub-cut into (5) 4-7/8” x 4-7/8” squares.
* Cut (1) 2-7/8” x WOF strip. Sub-cut into (14) 2-7/8” x 2-7/8” squares. Cut (6) 2-7/8” squares from the remainder of the 4-7/8” strip. Cut each square once diagonally into (40) HST.
Page 2 some of the fabrics in the Flying Geese were on the wrong side. Feel free to print out the corrected page.
